List Loop provides a simple web-based interface for managing your E-mail list subscriptions and removal requests. This interface can be completely customized to match your site. Even if you don't have a web site of your own, you can use List Loop for every aspect of your E-mail list management.

If you are setting up a new list you probably have a existing subscribers that you would like to import into the List Loop server. Using the Add Subscribers Screen you can easily import your list from any Comma Separated Values (CSV) text file. You can also cut and paste directly into the Add Subscriber Screen. Although the List Loop opt-out process is simple and easy, some Subscribers will want to opt-out directly to the List Owner. In this case it is important to have an easy way to manually delete subscribers. Using the Delete Subscribers screen, you can easily specify multiple Subscribers at once to remove from your list. You can search for any email address and easily delete any or all of the returned addresses. Searching for yahoo.com will list all addresses at Yahoo.

You can easily send an invitation to join your list to multiple E-mail addresses simultaneously. The recipient simply has to click on a link in the invitation and the Subscription process is started. This makes it easy to advertise your list to potential new subscribers on a one time basis.

Now that you have recipients in your List Loop, you are ready to send a message. Using the Advanced Send Screen, you have explicit control over every parameter of your outgoing message. Specify From:, Reply-To, Errors-To, Precedence, Priority, Subject, Text and HTML versions of the message. You can even specify multiple file attachments to send to your recipients. By allowing you to compose separate text and HTML versions of your message, you can optimize your message for it's target audience.

Using the "Apply Template" option you can setup a consistent header and footer for your HTML messages, leaving you to concentrate on the "meat" of the message. Optionally, there is a Simple Send screen that automatically takes care of the most parameters for you.
