Normal store hours at Herbs and More tomorrow(Saturday,10-4pm).

Regular health classes schedule will resume next week, Wednesday & Friday, 12:30-1:30pm. Learn how to take care of your body and your health the natural way.

Wednesday class will emphasize taking the mystery out of why cancer develops and what specifically can be done in the prevention of it.

Friday class will emphasize digestive challenges and how to strengthen and improve digestion, assimilation and elimination. Also, what causes some of the digestive problems in the first place.

There will be some discussion at both classes on the importance of water and the best and the worst water choices.

We start right at 12:30pm...so bring your lunch, friends and your questions.
