Goodmorning Everyone,

I am suspending Friday health classes through the end of the year and they will resume in 2010.

Wednesday classes will continue as usual. The topic for this Wednesday's class(12:30-1:30)will be on how to easily reduce your blood sugar and to more fully understand the condition.

If cannot make the class and want to address type 11 diabetes, make an appointment with me or stop into Herbs & More.

As always, we will include information on the value of drinking the right kind of water and compare popular water brands as well as reverse osmosis and distillation.

If you want to really do something about the problems associated with type 11 diabetes(heart,circulatory,kidneys,eyes,weight)be there this Wednesday.

Remember to bring your empty gallon containers because you get two free gallons of alkaline, anti-oxidant water when attending(for new users or first time class attendees).
