For those of you interested in the topics, today I will be teaching two cseminars today. The topic is gastro-intestinal health and it's overall relationship to optimal health...and how to prevent osteoporosis and what can be done if already dealing with a diagnosis of osteoporosis.

One is at the Encinitas Senior Center from 10:30-11:30 and the other is at Herbs & More from 12:30-1:30.
