Good morning Everyone, 02/20/10.

This Wednesday's class topic will be on causes for elevated cholesterol and how to improve your numbers easily and naturally.

This class includes information about what can be done to reduce plaque if it has already built up in your vascular and arterial pathways as well as what can be done as a preventative against the development of arteriosclerosis and atherosclerosis(less permeable arterial walls and fatty build-up on the walls respectively).

This Friday's class topic will be on the insidious influence of chlorinated water on your person and your family while showering or bathing.
How stepping into a hot shower is like stepping into a gas chamber. Depending on how hot you make your shower and how long it is is like drinking 3-6 or more glasses of chlorinated tap water. The influence of this known caustic carcinogen to our health(especially the thyroid and other endocrine glands)and what can be done about it.

We will also visit about different popular water sources, so if you have a source you want tested, bring it. Also, if first time getting ionized water and attend the class, you get two free gallons.
