Many of you are already aware that when you shower or bathe that you are being exposed to chlorine which has all kinds of health challenges associated with continued exposure.

Chlorine was originally put in the municipal water sources to kill pathogens for disease prevention. In the same way anti-biotics have been dispensed for decades without recommending probiotics to counter the indiscriminate effects of anti-biotics, is the same idea presented here.

Did you know that synthroid and levoxyl for low thyroid are the most prescribed meds in the country after birth control. Part of that has to do with low iodine intake due to soil depletion. Continual exposure from chlorine in showers over decades has an extremely challenging influence on the endocrine system and the thyroid in particular. Of course the skin and hair get dry and age faster the more dry and less oils retained. Chlorine is very oxidative(rusting, wrinkling, age accelerating). Chlorine is a known carcinogen.

Depending on how hot and how long you take a shower is like drinking 3-6 glasses of chlorinated tap water per shower. That stepping into a shower is like stepping into a gas chamber where the steam and vapor easily work into open pores and through your sinus'.
