Classes resume today at Herbs & More from 12:30-1:30. Today is a Hodgepodge class. I will talk about the importance of improving the health of our blood chemistry and how to accomplish that, as well as other health topics contoured to the wants of our class members.

Bring any and all health questions and expect answers about how to get to the cause of those issues. Can bring friends and your lunch for a lunch and learn.

Herbs & More will be closed on Memorial day so get your water Saturday because we will be closed Sunday as usual and Monday as well.
