Last Wednesday we had 18 attendees to our health hour and Friday there were 20 people who came by. People love to hear Mike Hanley share his health expertise. As is the case with any class or seminar that has good info and good energy, people didn't want to leave and many stayed around for an extra hour or so.

If can make the health hour between 12:30-1:30 this Wednesday &/or Friday, feel free to come by alone or with a guest. The information which addresses the cause of a variety of common health issues is much needed and very useful.

As always, we will also integrate water quality, hydration and the importance of proper ph and how to achieve it.
